There are around 105 lakh SME Units in India. The SME sector employs around 3 Crore people. SME Sector has emerged as a dynamic and vibrant sector of the economy. The Potential of an SME is never small. They often reach greater heights in their Entrepreneurship journey. But having said that, Have SME’s achieved all this that easily??? Are they satisfied with the growth??? Nope… Not unless they have a platform for them to share their issues and problems. SME’s often face certain Issues like lack of availability of adequate and timely credit, high cost of credit, lack of technology support, lack of Marketing support, competition from large scale units etc. If SME’s could rely upon a source or a platform to overcome these issues, then there nothing that could stop an SME from contributing more to the country’s growth and economy.
KSMBOA – Karnataka Small & Medium Business Owner’s Association is formed to help SME’s in Karnataka in the challenges and Issues they face. KSMBOA would help SME’s in reaching out to the right individual funders/angel investors/venture funders/financial institutes/private financers to help funding of new ventures and other financial needs.
